Terms of Use

Welcome to DramaMe. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DramaMe mobile app, website, story catalog, AI image generation, video animation, subscriptions, credits, saved stories, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using DramaMe, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use DramaMe.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DramaMe. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If your country requires a higher minimum age for digital services, you must meet that higher age requirement.

2. App Features

DramaMe provides short stories, character selection, reference photo uploads, personalized AI-generated chapter images, optional image-to-video animation, saved story sessions, favorites, likes, subscriptions, credits, and restore features. Some features may require a subscription, credits, or both.

3. User Content

You are responsible for photos, prompts, messages, and other content you upload, select, submit, or request through DramaMe (“User Content”). You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to use your User Content in DramaMe.

You grant DramaMe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display, and modify User Content only as needed to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve DramaMe, including AI generation, restore, support, safety, and abuse prevention.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload, request, generate, share, or attempt to create content that:

• is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, or exploitative;
• violates another person’s privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights;
• uses another person’s image, likeness, or identity without permission where permission is required;
• contains sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor;
• contains child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, or sexualized minors;
• contains non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, coercion, or humiliation;
• impersonates others, deceives people, or misrepresents generated content as real events;
• attempts to bypass safety systems, payment checks, credits, app limits, security rules, or backend protections.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images, videos, story scenes, and related outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, delayed, unavailable, or different from what you intended. DramaMe does not guarantee that generated content will match a prompt, be error-free, satisfy your expectations, or be available forever.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before saving, downloading, or sharing it. DramaMe may block, remove, limit, or refuse generation requests that violate these Terms, our safety rules, provider requirements, platform policies, or applicable law.

6. Ownership

You retain the rights you already have in your uploaded User Content. DramaMe and its licensors retain all rights in the app, website, software, story catalog, story text, characters, covers, prompts, visual design, branding, logos, and other DramaMe content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party rules, you may use generated outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, dataset creation, or automated redistribution requires our written permission.

7. Subscriptions, Credits, and Paid Features

DramaMe may offer subscriptions, credit packs, and paid generation features. Credits may be required to generate chapter images, regenerate images, animate images into videos, unlock paid chapters, or access other paid features.

• Prices, products, subscription benefits, credit amounts, and credit costs may change over time.
• Credits are app-specific, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside DramaMe.
• Some credit packs or generation features may require an active subscription.
• If a paid generation fails due to a service error, DramaMe may attempt to refund credits automatically where supported. Refunds are not guaranteed for user error, unsupported inputs, policy violations, network issues outside our control, or results that you simply do not like.

8. App Store Payments and Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. If you buy an auto-renewable subscription, your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal according to Apple’s terms and the product you selected.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID App Store subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. DramaMe does not store your full payment card details.

9. Saved Stories, Restore, and Deletion

DramaMe may save generated stories, generated images, generated videos, selected characters, reference-image references, chapter status, and restore records so you can continue reading or restore content after reinstalling the app.

If you delete a saved story, DramaMe may keep a deletion marker to prevent that story session from automatically restoring again. Restore is not guaranteed and may depend on your account state, app version, cloud storage availability, service availability, network connection, and backend records.

10. Service Availability and Changes

DramaMe may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time, including story availability, generation providers, supported models, safety rules, credits, prices, subscriptions, restore behavior, and supported app versions. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to DramaMe if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, attempt fraud, abuse paid features, infringe rights, create safety risk, or if required by law, provider policy, or platform policy.

12. Third-Party Services

DramaMe may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, Apple, RevenueCat, analytics providers, attribution providers, and AI generation providers. Your use of DramaMe may be subject to those providers’ terms, policies, and technical limitations.

13. Disclaimers

DramaMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy, and error-free generation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DramaMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, credits, generated content, purchases, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your country or region unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will be available in the app or on our website. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of DramaMe after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
