Privacy Policy

DramaMe provides personalized AI story experiences. Users can read short stories, choose or upload reference photos, generate chapter images, optionally animate images into videos, save generated stories, and manage subscriptions or credits. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use DramaMe, we may collect or process the following information:

• Account information: Firebase user ID, authentication status, account creation date, subscription status, credit balance, purchase identifiers, refund status, and related account metadata.
• Story activity: stories you open, generated story sessions, selected characters, chapter generation status, saved stories, favorite stories, likes, and restore information.
• Photos and generated media: reference photos you choose, selected cast images, generated chapter images, generated videos, and related storage file references.
• Purchase information: subscription and credit purchase status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, entitlement status, and renewal information provided by Apple and RevenueCat.
• Device and app information: app version, iOS version, device type, crash logs, diagnostics, performance information, and basic technical logs.
• Analytics and attribution information: events such as app opens, purchases, subscription status, and campaign attribution data, where enabled.
• Support information: messages you send to support, email address if you contact us, screenshots, device details, and any information you include in your request.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide story reading, image generation, video animation, saved stories, and restore features;
• process credits, subscriptions, purchases, refunds, and entitlement access;
• upload, store, download, cache, and display generated images and videos;
• keep the same selected characters and reference images available during a generated story session;
• detect errors, prevent abuse, secure paid generation features, and maintain app reliability;
• respond to support requests and troubleshoot user issues;
• understand app performance and improve DramaMe.

3. Reference Photos and AI-Generated Media

When you upload or select a reference photo, DramaMe uses it to generate personalized story images and, if you choose, videos. Your reference photo may be uploaded to cloud storage and may be sent to AI generation providers only as needed to create the requested output.

Generated images and videos may be stored so you can view them later, restore generated stories after reinstalling the app, and continue unfinished story sessions. You should only upload photos that you have the right to use and that do not violate another person’s privacy or rights.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription and entitlement management may be handled through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may store purchase status, product IDs, transaction IDs, subscription status, credit balance, and refund state so the app can grant and restore access correctly.

5. Third-Party Services

DramaMe may use third-party services to operate the app, including:

• Firebase / Google Cloud: authentication, database, storage, hosting, cloud functions, diagnostics, and app infrastructure.
• RevenueCat: subscriptions, entitlements, product information, and purchase status.
• Apple: App Store purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and platform services.
• AppsFlyer or similar analytics/attribution tools: campaign attribution, analytics, and app event measurement, where enabled.
• AI generation providers: image and video generation services used to create requested story media.

These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. We share only the information needed to provide the requested app functionality, operate the service, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Storage and Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide DramaMe, restore generated stories, maintain purchase and credit records, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Generated media and story sessions may remain stored unless deleted, expired, or removed as part of maintenance. Some records, such as purchase, refund, and security logs, may be retained longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

7. Your Choices

• You can choose whether to upload a reference photo.
• You can choose whether to generate optional videos.
• You can delete local saved stories from your device. Some cloud restore records may be retained to prevent deleted stories from restoring again.
• You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID App Store subscription settings.
• You can contact us to request help with privacy questions or account-related deletion requests.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including Firebase security rules, authentication, cloud storage access controls, and server-side checks for paid generation features. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

DramaMe is not intended for children under 13. If your country requires a higher minimum age for digital services, you must meet that age requirement to use DramaMe. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable minimum age.

10. International Processing

DramaMe and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
